shims, spacers, submounts and other components from these hard materials. Most materials are available from stock: Aluminum Nitride (AlN), 99.6% and 96% Alumina (Al203), Silicon Carbide (SiC). Other stocked materials include Fused Silica and Quartz, Optical Glass of all types, Sapphire, Silicon, Stainless Steel and other metals.
